Born and raised in Denmark, Carsten Snejbjerg has achieved fatherhood and grandfatherhood while still in his forties. His pictures are pretty amazing too.

During a 3,400 km bike trip through China and Vietnam in 1997, Carsten became interested in photography and in 2000 he entered the Danish School of journalism. Since then, he has gone from strength to strength with his images featured in such publications as Vanity Fair, Newsweek, Le Monde, Der Spiegel, Stern, GQ and more. Carsten is an avid cyclist, an enthusiastic fisher and an engaged lecturer at the Danish School of Journalism. 

With a passion for storytelling, Carsten often travels the globe on his own steam to find and tell through pictures the ongoing saga of the human experience. Big words, I know, but damn, the images are epic.
